Katie is Cordon Bleu trained in Paris and amongst her culinary adventures has also managed a small boutique hotel associated with the Relais Chateaux group in France and also a small boutique resort "Tree Tops " at a South African Game Reserve. She speaks fluent French and also has limited spoken Italian and German.

Peter is a specialist marketer in the rapidly expanding NZ wine industry and can help advise you on the many superb wines being produced in the Nelson and Marlborough regions. As a keen trout fisherman he has worked as a fishing guide in Canada and represented Australia at the World Fly Fishing Championships in 1993.
